Graded Project Problem Statement: A Pharmacy shop who has millions of customers are in need of creating a website for their products. As they have hundreds of offline orders coming in every day and it is becoming difficult to keep track of it, your organization has taken up the project. The pharmacy also has tie up with various Diagnostic centres where the pharmacy will take samples from the patients at their doorstep and analyses in the lab. The report will be sent via mail and a hard copy if requested. And your team has asked you to develop a Homepage for the products and the Lab Test form. The requirements of Homepage are as follows. 1. Create a Header (“Pharmacy”) and Footer(“@copyright. Only for demonstration purposes”). 2. Create a Horizontal Navigation Bar after Header with required tags to link. When hovering on any of the links, make sure the background color changes accordingly. The tag names are as Follows. a. Home b. Our Medicines i. When Hovered on this, show a dropdown list of links for Fever, Muscle Pains, (Cold & Cough) c. Health Care i. When Hovered on this, show a dropdown list of links for Baby Care, Skin Care, Home Care, Personal Care and Pet Care d. Lab Test i. When Clicked on Lab Test, Open a form to book the slot. e. When the web page is scrolled, make sure that the navigation bar is still seen on the top of the web page. (Look at the below images for your reference.) 3. First thing in the web page is to show offers or some information in the form of images. a. Use the Images given in the project file and create a simple animation to show them one after the other infinite times. Apply a border of 2px solid steelblue. 4. Next, create two sample sections of the products as Covid Care and Diabetes Care. 5. Under Each of them display products with product name, image, Price and Price after Offer and a Add to Cart option. When clicked on the button, the background color should change to rgb(250, 234, 230) and the border should change to rgb(0, 255, 76). When hovered on each product, slightly increase the width and height of it. Make Sure the output looks as shown below. 6. When clicked on Lab Test in the Navigation bar, a form shall open with validation in a new page with following details. a. Form shall have Patient Contact Details as follows. i. Full Name ii. Patient Id if exists iii. Contact Number iv. Email Id b. Address i. House Number ii. Street iii. Area iv. District (List. Make Sure first option is “Choose”) c. Choose the Test Type. Show a message (Check atleast one box without fail) i. CBC ii. Complete Urine iii. Lipid Profile iv. Thyroid Stimulating Hormone(TSH) v. Glucose Test d. Do you want a hard copy of the report also? i. Yes ii. No e. Select Your Comfortable Date and Time i. Date ii. Time f. Reset and Submit button 7. On the Right Side of the form insert an image which will not move when you scroll the page. A reported 96,480 people were diagnosed with melanoma in the United States in 2019, leading to 7230 reported deaths. Early-stage identification of suspicious pigmented lesions (SPLs) in primary care settings can lead to im- proved melanoma prognosis and a possible 20-fold reduction in treatment cost. Despite this clinical and economic value, efficient tools for SPL detection are mostly absent. To bridge this gap, we developed an SPL analysis system for wide-field images using deep convolutional neural networks (DCNNs) and applied it to a 38,283 dermatological dataset collected from 133 patients and publicly available images. These images were obtained from a variety of consumer-grade cameras (15,244 nondermoscopy) and classified by three board-certified dermatologists. Our system achieved more than 90.3% sensitivity (95% confidence interval, 90 to 90.6) and 89.9% specificity (89.6 to 90.2%) in distinguishing SPLs from nonsuspicious lesions, skin, and complex backgrounds, avoiding the need for cumbersome individual lesion imaging. We also present a new method to extract intrapatient lesion saliency (ugly duckling criteria) on the basis of DCNN features from detected lesions. This saliency ranking was validated against three board-certified dermatologists using a set of 135 individual wide-field images from 68 dermatolog- ical patients not included in the DCNN training set, exhibiting 82.96% (67.88 to 88.26%) agreement with at least one of the top three lesions in the dermatological consensus ranking. This method could allow for rapid and accurate assessments of pigmented lesion suspiciousness within a primary care visit and could enable improved patient triaging, utilization of resources, and earlier treatment of melanoma.

It is a difficult, challenging, responsible and more over, a demanding job. A hospital manager is in a way responsible for administrative dealings of the hospital. He accepts the charge of various aspects of hospital management and health administration reverencing to the patients and healthcare. Professional services of trained manpower namely Hospital administrators/ managers have now become essential to manage hospitals and medical facilities. It is the hospital administrators/ managers who manage hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, drugabuse treatment centers etc. They would be responsible for overall patient care, education, research and community health care associated with the organization, and make sure that they conform to the rules of the Hospital. These people with the help of a team of assistants look after the administrative affairs i.e. plan coordinate and direct the delivery of health services within a hospital. In early days, senior doctors used to perform the role of a hospital manager. But now things have changed and the services of these qualified professionals are required for the smooth functioning of hospitals. The services of these professionals go a long way in making the hospital more productive, profitable and comfortable for the patients.
