This GIS project analyzes land use and irrigation in Ferrara (Emilia-Romagna, Italy). We extracted Ferrara’s boundary, classified land use types, identified irrigated areas, mapped irrigation canals, and calculated the distance between canals and irrigated fields using QGIS.
